After realising that time was now getting short we then rushed down to the stairs, caught the metro back the 4 stops to the Hotel Maddison and walked to 300m to the train station - that's why we booked accommodation close to the station! ... little boys in the airport!!! The train to the city was next - getting the ticket was the easy part, but finding the correct platform was another matter! This train trip took nearly an hour but we didn't notice the scenery as Peter couldn't find our Eurail pass for our other train journeys, and worse still, couldn't remember actually packing them!! We spent this trip trying to work out what time it was in Australia, ...
