... Dort haben wir uns eine feine Suppe gegönnt und die Ruhe genossen. Beim Abstieg sind uns dann die Touristenmassen schnaufen entgegengekommen. Wir waren froh, dass wir nicht nochmals hinaufmussten.

Danach sind wir Richtung Calgary gefahren. Auf dem Highway konnten wir zum ersten Mal seit wir hier sind, 110 km/h fahren....wow!

I don't really have much to report today, as it's been a pretty quiet weekend. It's Victoria Day today which means it's a public holiday, so most Calgarians are either taking their RV camping, or planting up their gardens for the spring / summer. ... full of pleasant surprises. We are glad to be home. We will be happy to see family and friends, and most of all we will be grateful. Coming home we realize how fortunate we are to live in Canada, what a beautiful country we have and what an amazing standard of living we enjoy. Canadian eh - you bet!

Cochrane is a really cute little town just north west of Calgary. Our friends Richard and Varnita live just about 20 minutes north of the town on their Ranch the "VR".
