    ... go up the Empire State Building while the weather was clear and joined the line to go through security before we even bought a ticket. These seniors travelled to the 86th floor and then to the 102nd. There were so many people it was very difficult to get close to see out.     We started out this morning at the local food emporium for breakfast which is like a massive Waitrose with an area to sit where you can eat your purchases. I think this is the first morning where we have tried to eat a little healthy and opted for fruit salad.

    A month-long emotional rollercoaster ascended its first steep hill today. After weeks of nervous anticipation, I started at the 9/11 Tribute Center today.
