... Early tomorrow I head on further into the Székely region to the city of Miercurea Ciuc (Csikszéreda if you're Hungarian). Most reports I've read are that it's a little heavy on the concrete, but it's also supposed to be a long center of Székely culture. In any case, it'll be a convenient spot to base myself in for a couple days; from there I can easily hop on to another nearby town for the day and get back. And I figure, beautiful or no, places are always worth a look.
