We rented a car for a day and went for a beautiful drive. Scary at times because it was so narrow and you would accross a bus.... I closed my eyes for that part! The food was delicious and the people super nice.
Had a great time!
This summer I went to the Canary Islands with my friends. We did a lot of things there; we went to the swimming pool, partying, to the dune beach, and to the aqua park party...
Also, one day we went to one beach where there were a lot of water sports and we practised the motorskying, parasailing and a los of things.
Finally we come back to Spain with hangovers and our bodies very pained becouse we fell many ...
... the week we attended a number of events including a “masked ball” which was great fun.
The atmosphere here is one of excitement and anticipation. We can’t wait to get started!
Our start is midday Tuesday and so we will probably be sending our next blog later on Tuesday or during Wednesday.

... celebration also! We are very lucky we have 3 fridges and a freezer to keep food fresh for longer, most other boats don't have any fridges! After having to go without a shower for 6 days on the Challenger, the Arctic Queen is pure luxury although the serious sailors are questioning our commitment to sailing and we have had the p"+@*s ripped out of us most nights. She has ensuite showers and toilets, a little cold plunge pool in the front, a washing machine, and ...
... to explore, which we duly did. We returned to the boat for 6pm, suitably refreshed and watered. The whole crew then went out for some well earned refreshments and a crew meal, which made for a pleasant evening ashore.
