Today, I got,up at 6 and made it to the domestic terminal, where I met Joe, the Peace Corps volunteer, and Laura, his visiting fiancee. We took a taxi to the bus stop and then caught a bus to Asela, and then a final bus to Bekoji. The trip was pretty uneventful for me; however, I didn't know that Laura had noticed early on that her seatmate was infested with some tiny bugs crawling all over him, a number of which ended up on her bag, which was on the bus ...

Breakfast at 7:30 was eggs. Some people were hoping for porridge, aka oatmeal, but it was all gone. It is our last day with our chef. With the return of our 4th car, seating was somewhat back to normal. Someone was ousted from car 1 to make room for the chef, which we could do since Andrew was no longer with us. Martina was a bit blue and missing him...and worried about him.
