    ... it tricky is the kind of broth - bearing in mind that we're in the Sichuan province, you can probably guess that it's pretty spicy. Volcanic would probably be a better description. We were slightly chicken-hearted and got a split pot of half spicy and half clear broth so if it all got a bit much, we still had options.
