    ... to others; the bigger the machine, the more arrogant the behaviour, but main thing was they were now ahead, albeit a few inches. Some things are so international! It took us 3 hours to do the 80 kms. Later the guide told us that once the traffic was so bad that they didn't even make it to Sergei Posad as they had to turn around to get the passengers back in time for their other appointment in Moscow!

    ... so often, but it did have a good line in Russian chocolate, so we kept going back. Let me explain... St Petersburg was supposed to be the highlight of the cruise. We had a two day stop-over and a very expensive excursion booked that would take us to see the Amber Room, the Hermitage and the Peter and Paul palace, however the night before we arrived in Russia I woke up with a cold. While trying to ask these 2 drunk Russians a question, Alexandra got sort of stuck talking to them. Then when Nick went to rescue her got roped into having a drink with them.     ... thank you. I went to see her yesterday with Julia and she is getting better, sitting up and happy to see us. Pray that this heart attack does not have permanent damage. She will be in the hospital for 10 more days. Her son Sasha is living alone and with his handicaps that is a real challenge. Pls pray for him as well. I am posting some shots. Hope you enjoy. I will write again soon...happy 4th of July!
