Our room was extremely nice. HUGE with a great view, nice recliner and all the expected things (LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator). The bed was super comfortable.

This is one of the fancier places we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

We'll go on Saturday they say.....we'll see. Hotel New York is hectically busy with slot machines and noisy bars ...

Poor love is suffering with her foot, an can't do so much, especially she can't drive because it's her right ankle. It was lovely to talk with her. We left Fremont quite late, but anyway, decided to call into Circus Circus and the Mirage. Both really interesting places. Home and got to bed by about ...

But I have my passport, my visa, my plane tickets, and travel voucher. I have been to my doctor to get prescriptions for malaria and antibiotics (malaria because I will be on the Yangtze River). I have started building the piles of must takes, and checking off my travel database.

This is getting real! I will post updates as often as possible. See you in China.

Over my time I ended up a little down finance wise than where I started but nowhere near as expensive as I thought it was going to be.I enjoyed Vegas and met some great people, but now it was time to move onto the Grand Canyon. I’ll get back up to date soon, promise ...
