Our room was extremely nice. HUGE with a great view, nice recliner and all the expected things (LCD TV, microwave, refrigerator). The bed was super comfortable.

This is one of the fancier places we have stayed. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

We are excited for our upcoming antics on the strip in Vegas with our ...

The burgers were pretty good but unfortunately I was getting sick and not feeling so great (Wade had been sick with a cold from Washington DC to New Orleans and I guess it was my turn) so Wade finished mine off.

We then had to head back down to the Venetian we were going to catch ...

... have got if we'd asked for single rooms.

There was quite a delay until the courtesy bus for the Hampton turned up, just as JR had gone back to the baggage office to chase it up, but we finally got to the hotel about 16:00. the hotel was fine and had a bar but the nearest food was Dennys over the road and whilst we had another $21 each in vouchers we did not fancy it.

After we'd both had a shower and sent ...

... colours but I could have sworn the pyramid was blue instead of the black structure that greeted us. We walked for miles to find the check in point as we've learnt all the casinos are designed to make it as confusing as possible to find anything, thereby ensuring that you are stuck there and forced to wile away the time gambling.

Inside the Luxor they also had two exhibitions on, the Titanic, with various artefacts dug up from the ocean floor, ...
