... me stay I had purchased them a bottle of local wine in the North, famous for the region. As they do not speak English Ruben helped me to prepare a speech in Spanish which i re-wrote phonetically so that I could pronounce the words correctly, it was quite funny!

... she ran off again but because she hadn't started the braiding she just stayed with her family. We were watching her do re-enactments of what the woman was doing to her hair, it was so good. The poor kid. I thought she might give up since it looked like it was hurting her heaps but nope, once it was all clear they all came back, the 3yr old boy carrying the stool and the girl got back on with getting her hair done. Pretty entertaining ;)

From Valencia I took a train to Malaga, on the south coast of Spain. There I met up with a mate from school, Elliott, and a few of his mates – Danesh, Danny and Gabriel. We had rented an apartment for the week for feria – Malaga's annual festival. Malaga is quite nice, but the festival itself is a joke. There is no main event/ceremony unifying the celebrations. ... evening. On getting up we see the weather is rainy and the hills are covered with cloud. Not the kind of day to set out on a hike over a mountain with no one knowing where you are. Sadly we decide to go back to the coast in search of better weather.Estapona doesn't disappoint, nor does the very expensive and immaculate campsite a little further down the road at Manilva. Again it's a good excuse to get some washing done and have a chat with other campers on ...
