      ... each year (Easter Rockets - YouTube). We finally settled in a restaurant back at Chios town to wait for the 11pm 8-hour overnight ferry to Athens. The ferry was ENORMOUS with, besides heaps of people, so many cars and even big trucks on board!

      ... cladding. The 'Church of the Apostles' at the heart of the village dates from the early fifteenth century... sadly, it's not in great condition and it isn't open to visitors.       ... ticket for 0900 on Saturday morning. Actually the hotel is rather sweet... it's clean, the air-con works and the owner tells us where we can get a good dinner.
