... good reputation. One of the photos on this post is the view from our hotel window and you can see how close the place is, so we had to go at some point. Hunter S Thompson described this place as the "what the whole hep world would be doing Saturday night if the Nazis had won the war." Armed with that knowledge we ventured forth to find something that wasn't significantly different from any other casino. I broke even on roulette and spent some ...
... 5. I wasn’t feeling 100% so Dan took the driving again today, commenting on how far I was now in his debt. It was a good day for driving but you don’t see much scenery from I-5. The (very butch) lady positioned Mark with a small hand gun and went through how he was to hold it ...
... After dinner we headed back out onto the strip to do a tad more retail therapy (another pair of Skechers for me and Roy got a pair of walking shoes too). Apparently I didn't spend anywhere near my budget although Roy reckoned I didn't have one hehehe. We made our way back to the hotel to see if it would all fit in our bags and it did YIPEE.... Early night tonight as up early tomorrow to head on our Hoover Dam tour and it is meant to get up to around 40degC again tomorrow ...
