Our guide, Lucy often mentioned the "mountain" people. She said it took them 3 hours to climb up to their homes on the plateau above the river, and about 1 hour to descend. Not a whole ton happened that day, since traveling took up pretty much all of the afternoon and early evening, but I managed to stretch it out over 3 pages here so I feel decently satisfied.
