... with one more long day on the road.

I just went back through some of our photos to see that quote from Lao Tzu, "A good traveler has no fixed plans, and is not intent on arriving." Now one month away from home with thousands of miles traveled, I longed for not being on the road. Although I never had a bad night's sleep or a back ache, I longed for my own bed. Today we went to down town Atlanta and got off of the train at Lenox, ready to go to the cinema. We went to look around some fancy expensive shops on the way. We saw mayceys and a Bloomingdales. We really didn't expect to see tall fancy sky scrapers today. The shops were so posh. The buildings were made of glass. The Phipps mall we went in had lots of posh expensive cars in it ...

We tried over 60 different drinks from across the globe! Awesome. We also got a free bottle of coke at the end of the day to take home. Wow. Good final ...

Tyler's choice - Fiery Furnace hike
My choice - hike in Grand Tetons to Inspiration Point and Cascade Canyon

Favorite National Park:

This has been a very quiet travel year compared to spending 5 months in Hawaii in 2012. We went on a scouting trip to Naples Florida in May to make sure we like it enough to spend more time there (and we do, more on that later.) A few local trips, and an unexpected trip to California for me. Needless to say we are dying to hit the road again! I so miss the excitement of our adventures.
