Form Union Station we took the Skywalk- not really knowing where it would take us.
This overstreet covered walkway took us through various office blocks, over the tracks at Union Station, keeping us warm dry and completely alone.
Dowtown Toronto is a busy city center but so many corners of it seem to be completely empty alot of the time. Maybe that's how they keep it ...

We drove to Toronto Airport in the afternoon. Luckily, traffic was light and we were through parking rather early, such that the ticket counter where we were to get our boarding passes was not yet open. The airport didn't seem busy at all on a Monday evening, something neither of us was accustomed to. We went to one of the little bar/restaurants in the airport and had a drink and sweet potato fries which satisfied the craving ...

... style with sandstone columns, ruins and all kinds of creepy characters. These two mazes had a lot of twists and turns with scary characters everywhere! I dont remember too many of the awesome details of these two, because most of it was spent jumping out of the way of attackers and trying hard not to have a heart attack... but i do remember they were GREAT and very well done with vines, trees, creatures, perfectly scary music, hidden trap doors, snakes, spiders, and i'd love ...

... There were no other films we were interested in seeing that evening but we could go to a 3.15pm session and see the Brazilian movie, A Wolf at the Door. This would mean we couldnt go to Toronto Islands today...but we thought we could always go tomorrow before our afternoon train to Montreal. There were also predictions of rain for later this afternoon so perhaps being inside a movie theatre would be ideal. Sick of having to recheck film schedules and line up in queues but ...
