We've also treated ourselves in terms of food this eve. I devoured a McDonald's Big tasty Meal in record time and Chaz has been munching his way through a rather dodgy looking local pizza, all washed down with local beer. What a way to reflect on what a have been a remarkable trip.

... ok, and the tape gave us the thumbs-up, so we crept through at crawling pace, waiting for the screeching tearing noise of steel on an aluminium can......and at the same time waiting for the screech of tyres as some idiot arrived at warp-speed to find the single lane blocked by a virtually stationary large aluminium box. But - all's good and we made it through with no drama, but a huge sigh of relief! ........except that another 10km down the road..........and ...

... of the in-floor plumbing too close to the surface so that none of the off-the-shelf fittings worked. Fortunately, Ranghild had a hair dryer so I used that to heat and bend some plastic fittings and I used the newly bought angle-grinder to great effect, to cut and chop some others, so that soon we had It all in and functioning.
Oh....I should go on record to say that I'm not happy with the finish on the silicone seal from the pan to the floor, but, someone who shall not be mentioned, but ...
