... It reminds us of both a year of travel and "the fire".
We climbed a steep hill to an old fort - much like one we'd climbed years before in Lisbon. In fact, "our little tile" was purchased just outside a major fort of Lisbon that was very similar to this one in Macau. The view was great and Kiana had a good time running around and climbing on the ancient canons.

... 3 layer pork. And man, through out the past 18 years of eating these in Singapore, I have never EVER tasted one SO DAMN delicious before. I. AM. SERIOUS. The taste, texture, its juiciness, the crispy skin. It's the best.
