Ah, home!!!
We made it in just a few hours, no problems, no issues, just a quick drop off of Toni and her house and South Minneapolis, then it was home to my own house. Teri helped me unload the 2 weeks of road trip items, suitcases and all the junk.
It was a great road trip, but I am glad to be home!

There were also lots of vegan deli meats (ham/turkey/chicken style slices), sausages, frankfurts etc, & i came across the strangest noodles ever - made from tofu instead of flour!
We decided to have vegan pizza for dinner, & Andy & Chris helped me find what i needed to make it.
I used a wholemeal base, which Andy smothered in hommus for me, & topped it ...
