    6th August

    I took the opportunity to go bike riding again. I cycled around the three lakes just outside Minneapolis. Lake Harnett, Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles. Shannon dropped me and the bike off at one of the lakes. It was a really hot day and I believe it took me a couple of hours to do the whole three lakes.
