Our flight landed in Clark, Angeles City, just before midday. Having been told in KL, at the Filipino embassy, to ask to extend our visa at immigration in Clark, we were told by the officers there that it was not possible and we would have to extend it at an immigration office. Typical! Chris had read that the taxi fare into the centre would be very expensive, and that if you walked out to the main road you could catch a 'jeepney'. When we go to the Camayan Resort, it was raining so we were not able to hang out by the beach; so, we went shopping instead. Typical. But! We were able to spot some wild monkeys outside our hotel room. Tomorrow we hope that the day will be nicer, and we can actuallydo some things in Subic!
