Grand West's Villas Nadi

... but wicked fun.. At the end of the trip it was quite sad to say bye to everyone as we all went our separate ways but all hood things must come to an end. My next adventure on Fiji is the Yassowa islands, you basically buy a pass to island hop on a load of islands. Here I experience some truly outstanding reef, perfect beaches and stunning diving.
So Fiji wow is all I have to say, the weather is perfect and people are super friendly the islands are beautiful WELL DONE xxxx

... friends who had come to our island for the day! Did hella loads of swimming! Walking back to Sunrise from the blue lagoon, i fell over and broke my flip flop! Played games again with the villagers.

Manta Ray - Got woken up for the Sunrise today - it was beautiful! Checked out. Got our little boat to ferry to little boat to Manta Ray! They gave us a briefing, went to our rooms. Chilled out at the beach. Then it was dinner time - it had amazing food!!! Then after dinner ...

... and jobs are given out. I was the gardeners assistant! Recently the heavy rainfall we have been having has been doing my job for me, but on dry days my mornings were spent 'weeding, watering and talking to the plants' as my job description instructed me to do!! Another bell would go around 10.30am for morning tea which would also include some fresh fruit or something a bit naughtier! I loved hanging out in the kitchen with the cooks, helping ...

... bar to get the water when we ordered it and our guacamole never arrived, but we were charged for it.  We will stick to our $12 sushi dinners from now on I think. 

Although there is a free shuttle, we walk the 20-30 minute walk back to our hotel. It is so nice out and safe, we enjoy this walk and it feels very safe on this island. Exhausted, we skip any more food and relax on the balcony watching the sun go down.  Life is good and I feel blessed in so many ways!

... for an after hours drinking session in the local village and she invites us along. Kim has decided she has had enough, as has becky and clare so it is left to me, angela and a French guy called Fred to join the locals. We bringa few bottles of beer and wander tentatively into the village,. We are warmly welcomed in and are sat down in what appears to be a communal bedroom. The main guy who invited us, Tui, produces wine bottles filled with rum and coke, (mostly rum). After tow wine ...

... So ungefähr 25 Euro Cent. Die Fahrt ging ungefähr eine Stunde und führte uns durch sämtliche Hinterhöfe und an so mancher Blechhütte vorbei. Wir waren die einzigen "nicht einheimischen" im Bus und dieser war für deutsche Standarts mehr als 3 mal überladen! Hab ich echt no nie gesehen so was- nur leida hab ich keine Bilder gemacht! Müsst euch mit meinen Beschreibungen begnügen! Am Donnerstag ging`s dann auf einen Bootcruise zum Mala Mala Island. Ein traumhaftes ...

... spot. I went for a run away from the main street and ended up next to a lovely beach, lined with palms and big boulders. ... Strand angrenzte und unter Palmen war. Das hat den Urlaub ums doppelte besser gemacht, weil man morgens aufgewacht ist und das meer gesehen hatte. Ok, ich fass nun mal mehr zusammen, sonst wird der Bericht ewig. Die Abende waren leider nicht so spannend. Hab meistens auf der Verandah mein Buch gelesen, was auch sehr interessant war. ... was filmed (great!!) so we saw that, swam a
bit, sunbathede a bit and generally just did nowt! There were some baby
turtles there which were SO cute!! From herer we went to Waya, which
really was a little slice of heaven! They even sang us a song as we
came in on the boat! We stayed here for my bierthday, which i
spent...on the beach! Unfortunatly no cocktails here, but some quality ...
