... quite tough. The guide was quite crazy, what made us think this was that he kept hold of the fish in his mouth so the shark couldn't get it and he'd take it by the fin and lift it up. Within a matter of minutes we could count 10 sharks all swimming about us coming close occasionally just being curious. After 45 minutes in the water we got back in the boat and headed back. It was an incredible experience and one that made us wish we ...

We had tea in the hotel and as few drinks before bed. We were also keeping an eye on Cyclone Pam - which was due to head toward New Zealand, but which later headed close enough to ...

... little Fijian boy in a nappy, who was obviously the son or grandson of the B&B staff and, as we were leaving, we got some advice from another guest about where to stay away the mainland. All of the non-Fijians we spoke to at the B&B were German and spoke fabulous English. We decided to walk to our next hotel. It was a little further than we envisaged and we turned down an offer of a £1.33 taxi ride, which we came to regret as it was very hot ...
