    ... was the main one of the day to a small village which is called something long and weird so I'm not gonna spell it. It was a very traditional place so we all had to wear the sarongs and cover our shoulders out of respect.     We made it! At around 5:30 Fijian time we landed in Nadi. The flight wasn't too bad, i slept about as much as i could.     We woke up at about 07:30am despite our want of a lie in. We both awoke in a sleepy state and it took quite some effort for me to do seven minutes of strength tabata's before breakfast. The complimentary breakfast, which we had paid extra for, was rather disappointing, consisting of mostly grain products and fruit. I therefore indulged in some pineapple and papaya, which were a bit too sweet for me but at least the sweetness came with lycopene and vitamin C ...
