We were at least afforded the opportunity to imagine what life must have been like for the sultan - people everywhere and everyone is trying to get the best view of the jewels. It was fun singing my National Anthem and singing along with Josh to his country's traditional folk song "Waltzing Matilda." The New Zealanders were requested to come on stage and perform a traditional Maori dance, coupled with 2 girls in our group singing a duet with the performer. When Elaine, Eve and Leroy returned to the hotel the five of us celebrated our trip with a picnic dinner in Eve and Leroy's room. Then it was time to think about packing up...tomorrow morning we leave for Brussels!
... The ferries were very huge, steady and fast, single ticket was only 3 Lira - same as tram and metro. Quickly looked around this area and took some photos, we couldn't enjoy and appreciate more. We saw a dozen of teens sitting by the museum and smoking cigarettes. 1 boy approached us and offered taking a photo with my Taiwanese friends.
