Today we hired a car and driver to take us west of Antalya to Phaselis, Olympos and Chimaera. We were picked up at our hotel at 9am and headed out. I read in my guidebook that you have to pass Lycian ruins from the treehouse hostels in order to get to the beach. I had no idea who the Lycians were, and still know quite little after today, but it was a really cool experience walking through and exploring stone ruins built thousands of years ago...
