    ... Liam Neelson film called Run all night. Good and tense of course as usual ! 24th After breakfast we went to do our sports but today it was torture as there was absolutely no wind and it felt heavy. We, especially me of course were completely wet in minutes and after an hour an a half we had to stop. We went back and I went straight to the shower at the pool before jumping in.
