... and almost unfathomable approach to organising anything here is
starting to have an impact on our travels - Mandu
has been telling me for a while that I can't apply European logic and
definitely don't expect anyone else to... I poo poo-ed her advice for
a few days but after this morning realise that she has hit the nail
on the head!
We had asked the tour ...
Khajuraho is the quaint little temple town of Madhya Pradesh which has made distinctive place for itself through out the world for its medieval Hindu temples and more so for its erotic sculpture. My visit to Khajuraho was a wonderful experience and I visited this beautiful city during Khajuraho dance festival. Khajuraho is now famous for ...

There are fine sculpture reliefs internally and externally and the whole of the external ground level perimeter of the building depicts elephant sculptures interacting with man in both spiritual and work settings. There were several other areas within the complex which we visited which added up to a very interesting but tiring day. We therefore opted to end it with a relaxing visit to the Green Park area and the ...

We roamed around Connaught Place, Palika Bazaar and took the Metro ...
New Delhi, India pratheek... cidade do sagrado Ganges .
Delhi, India navemundo... I'm ever so sorry my good man. Toodleoo!' Then makes off with mark's wallet). No, 99% of pickpocketing happens when you're jammed in a market, bus, or some other place where physical contact with others is unavoidable, hence the theft practically unnoticable. 3. Don't take anything with you. Obviously, if you have nothing to steal on you, you can't lose anything. Practically, however, you need to bring money, keys, clothes, etc with you. But ...
New Delhi, India anderwattsWe never got to sing for the 4th, but we had a great day visiting the National Museum, the Science Museum and a "public" (i.e. private) school. We were allowed to tour in small groups and saw some of the major features and were able to talk to groups of students. I was surprised that the school is run completely without subsidy, and student fees cover 100% of operating costs. When one of my colleagues asked what the budget was, the principal did not answer ...
