          ... scrum to get off the boat, were bombarded by taxi drivers. They were quoting ridiculous prices to go just a few miles down the road. Eventually the guy agreed on a sensible price (although I have no idea how much it should cost), £2 seemed quite reasonable. It took about 15 minutes in the becak (sidecar of a motorbike) to reach my hotel in the city.           ... Strolling through to one particular beach we heard the unmistakable sound of a sing-song southern Italian, who happened to be playing with his family outside their little beachside restaurant and bamboo bungalows. He came out here about 10 years ago, fell in love the place, as well as a local girl, and now makes fresh pasta with seafood.           ... my bag! It was a slight palava buying a visa. Obviously there was no queue. They have recently increased the price from $25 to $35 for a 30 day visa and I had brought exactly $35 with me. But the woman wouldn't accept one of them as it wasn't in perfect condition (no rips, just a little worn). She asked for another one, I didn't have another one.           ... monument. haha. It took about 30 minutes to get there on the bike. On the way back it took us longer because we stopped off in a lagoon for some snorkeling. We had to get to bed relatively early for a early morning.
