So, we ordered two spicy dishes, a beef, mushroom, and cabbage dish that was excellent, and a chicken dish that we hardly touched. We ordered some green beans and Sweet and Sour pork dishes that were delicious. The kids wanted another plate of Sweet and Sour pork so we "encouraged" Aaron to practice his Chinese and order ...

Next, we learned how to make paper cuts. This process takes patience and time. To complete a small paper cut (greeting card size), it takes about 8 hours. Some of the larger poster-sized paper cuts take about 3 days ( 8 hours each day). We were able to cut and create the character for happiness, which is "xi."
