Busselton, Western Australia, Australia ellislynn... rather than a year. To meet my nephew and get to know him, and love him, was truly special. To hang with my Mum & sister and do all those things that you put out of your head while you're way because there's no point forcing yourself into missing something and not being able to be in the moment of where you are otherwise in the world. It was also truly gold to be around my friends, who are like family now, and remember what it was like to have relationships with people ...
Margaret River, Australia aoifenim... easily the best few mouthfuls of beef I've ever had. ...and so I got away. Leaving Mararet River brought its rewards in minutes - beautiful beaches, impeccable coves and magnificent rolling surf, right around the north-west cape - every bit of it adding to some of the best coastal scenery I've seen to date. By mid-afternoon I'd made it over to Busselton, home to the longest wooden jetty (pier) in the ...
Busselton, Western Australia, Australia scottwoz... remember (so long ago) but I guess 18 months of not doing much will result in that! After a good feed from the local bakery I ended up helping out in the volunteers tent, sorting kit bags into numerical order for each competitor. I got chatting to a local guy called Mark and he offerred to show me around the area that evening - I was on my own and had no plans so we went off to an area near where he lives (Yallingup) and showed me the popular ...
Busselton, Australia amandaseims... into them). Schools of fish were all around, not afraid of us at all. The water was crystal clear and it was really quite an experience. We had lunch between dives on the island with peacocks strutting around, quokka's (looks like a miniature wallaby), and lots of those pesky flies. Australia certainly has some strange looking animals in the world.. We hope to get another dive in and some snorkeling before we leave on Friday. Sunday, November 4 We were very ...
Margaret River, Australia andersonmiller... take the local train into Perth, and then another train to Fremantle, so we arrived in Freeo at about 12:30pm, it was just over an hour away all told.

We were due to meet Peter & Jan at about 1:15pm, so this gave me some time to quickly whizz around the town and show Katie the sights as I ...
Busselton, Australia al_fey... 3 adults plus backpacks. But we all managed, despite the cramped space, to catch some shut-eye and re-energise for the next day. What a day it was! The sun was shining, the crowd was thriving and the music was pumping. We spent the day grooving to bands such as The Audreys, Blue King Brown, The Black Seeds, Saul Williams, The Panda Band, The Bees and Little Birdy. After filling up on some delicious Hare Krishna food and refilling our 'water' bottles with the vodka we smuggled ...
Margaret River, Australia melash... make it look better than it is, but it is still beautiful. We chilled out duriong the afternoon and evening in the local pub - we was waiting to watch the live band at 8pm... they finally started at 10pm (after an hour or so sound check) - We left 15 minutes after they started - they were not very good!
Margaret River, Australia sjw_uk... town to do a little tasting and to get something to drink for later. Can't say I've got any idea what good wine is meant to taste like but we brought three bottles for later in the evening...not necessarily because it tasted amazingly good but because I think each of ...
