... la montagne, avec un esprit de revanche sur l'aventure manquée au Guatemala. L'agence m'indique que 2 Italiens partent pour 2 jours, et que je peux les rencontrer au départ du bus local à 7h du matin. Pas difficile de les reconnaitre dans cette gare routière méconnue des touristes, ils acceptent gentiment de partager leur guide avec moi.

We also made a drink; prickly pear juice. For dessert we took a flyer; avocado ice cream. Not my first choice but really tasty and rich. We had a cerveza on the upper patio section of the restaurant. Oscar has a gorgeous view of the Church and it was a fabulous sunny day.
We were able to make the dishes with Oscar's help and a lot of prep work and clean up by his assistant. Totally worth the money to have ...
