After departing from Cairo on 6/12/15 at 12:30 pm, we arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia on 6/13/15 at 11:05 am. Luckily, we were able to get some rest on the airplane; which means we had a full day of activities ahead of us and there was no time to sleep. After all, our flight back to Chicago departed for O’Hare International Airport at 11:45 pm …

... of moments together before we parted. I just remember that ride as a beautiful day. We had done some really fun things so far in the day, we were riding along the coast line of a beautiful untouched paradise island and at least, I was in company, of a really beautiful companion. Damn it.

The country comprises many ethnic minorities and while the official language is Malay, over 300 distinct languages are spoken throughout this vast archipelago. Javanese is the primary local language of Jakarta, but English is spoken by many of ...

... speaker to say the flight would be delayed because of a signalling problem .. Bloody typical just my luck !!!!!! Of course the flight arrived in Kuala Lumpur airport half an hour late and it took loads longer than usual for the baggage to arrive, which had me running through the airport like a mad woman trying to find the check in desk for my next flight from Kuala Lumpur to Siem Reap, which is a different flight but with the same airline. I was then told the check in had closed ...
