So far I've been swimming, sailing, snorkelling and sleeping. I've had some wonderful food and some... ehm... not so wonderful 'food' - see picture of edible ants below.

Luckily, I'm quite relaxed. The sun does that to you. I haven't seen it for a while in Dublin or Cavan. Turns out the U.K.'s having a heat wave, too! In October!

We decided one day that it was time we did something active, so agreed to go "mountain climbing" with some of the doctors from the hospital. Every Good Friday it's traditional for the locals to climb up the trois freres mountain to touch the white cross at the top.
