El Grand House es Grande
Tuvimos una estancia excelente en el Grand House de Bogotá. Nuestro vuelo a Colombia fue retrasado debido al clima y el hotel nos reembolsó por completo nuestra primera noche. También tuvimos varias salidas tempranas desde el hotel y nos prepararon un desayuno "listo para llevar" con yogur, fruta, magdalenas, bollo, etc La habitaciones eran muy grandes y cómodas y con enormes cuartos de baño. ¡La ducha de seis salidas era un puntazo! En conjunto, el servicio fue excelente y casi todos hablaban inglés por lo que si no hablas español no tendrás problema.
Das Grand House ist grandios
Unser Aufenthalt im Grand House in Bogota war hervorragend. Unser Flug nach Kolumbien wurde wegen des Wetters verlegt und das Hotel hat unsere erste Nacht komplett zurückerstattet. Wir haben auch oft früh morgens das Hotel verlassen und sie versorgten uns mit einem praktischen "grab and go" Frühstück mit Joghurt, Obst, Muffins, Gebäck usw.
Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und komfortabel und verfügten über riesige Badezimmer. Die Dusche mit 6 Duschköpfen war auf jeden Fall ein Highlight! Insgesamt war der Service hervorragend und fast alle sprachen Englisch, sodass Sie gut klarkommen, wenn Sie kein Spanisch sprechen.
Grand House est Grandiose
Nous avons fait un excellent séjour à Grand House à Bogota. Notre vol pour la Colombie avait été retardé à cause du mauvais temps et l'hôtel nous a complètement remboursé nos premières nuits de séjour. D'autre part, nous avions plusieurs départs matinaux de l'hôtel et ils nous fournissaient un agréable petit déjeuner « à emporter » avec yaourt, fruit, petits pains, gâteaux, etc. Les chambres sont très grandes et confortables avec d'immenses salles de bains. La douche balnéo était certainement le point d'orgue !
En résumé, le service était excellent et presque tout le monde parlait anglais, par conséquent si on ne parle pas espagnol on peut s'en sortir.
Grand House is Grand
We had an excellent stay at the Grand House in Bogota. Our flight to Colombia was delayed due to weather and the hotel fully refunded our first nights stay. We also had several early morning departures from the hotel and they provided a lovely "grab and go" breakfast for us, with yogurt, fruit, muffins, pastries etc). The rooms were very large and comfortable with huge bathrooms. The six headed shower was definitely a highlight!
Overall the service was excellent and almost everyone spoke english so if you don't speak spanish you will be fine.

Este es mi segunda vez en The Grand House y en ambas tuve una experiencia fenomenal. Todo el personal del hotel fue simpatiquísimo y hacía cualquier cosa para que yo la pasara bien. Las habitaciones eran hermosas, el desayuno delicioso y el servicio de coches del hotel también fue muy conveniente. ¡Muy recomedable!

Questa è la seconda volta che vengo al Grand House e entrambe le volte sono stato benissimo.
Tutto il personale era molto cordiale e si è fatto veramente in quattro per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. Le camere sono bellissime, la colazione deliziosa e il servizio messo a disposizione dalla macchina dell'albergo davvero comodo. Consigliatissimo!
Service inoubliable !
C'est la deuxième fois que je viens à la Grand House et les deux fois, j'y ai passé un moment extraordinaire. Tous les membres du personnel sont très aimables et ils se sont pliés en quatre pour rendre mon séjour excellent. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le petit déjeuner délicieux et le service de voiture de l'hôtel est également très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !
Unvergesslicher Service!
Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Grand House und beide Aufenthalte waren großartig. Alle Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und gaben sich alle Mühe, um mir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
Die Zimmer sind schön, das Frühstück ist köstlich und der Autoservice des Hotels war auch sehr praktisch. Ich empfehle es wärmstens weiter!

This is my second time at The Grand House and both times I had a great experience.
All the hotel staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast delicious, and having the hotel car services was also very convenient. I highly recommend it!
Elegante, discreto y buen servicio
Para ser un hotel con solo 6 meses en el mercado creo que esta a la altura de los mejores y sin ser tan costoso.
Maneja un estandar de servciio increible y el personal es supremamente amable, haciendo de su estadia 100% placentera.
Volvere al Grand House sin duda alguna.
