Well for today's little adventure we decided on a canoe trip down the River Ardeche to Pont d'Arc, so off we went at 10am feeling slightly nervous as having spoken to Dan last night he had said be prepared to get thrown out of the boat a lot, ( he canoed this river a lot a few years ago and knows it well) .
