We carried on and got to Vallon about one o'clock. The centre was busy and very touristy. We found some food and had an ice cream as well.
A good walk round and a stroll back to the bike we found a young lady drooling over the Valkyrie. She was speaking alot in French but soon realised we couldn't understand. it was clear that she was in love with the bike.

... Tuesday, I took another one from the same bridge on Thursday morning. Quite a difference.
We came back to the tent mid afternoon and laid all the bike gear in the sun to dry it out. It's surprising how heavy a wet leather jacket is.
During the evening we were invited for a beer or two by a Dutch family who were camping opposite us.
We ended up playing a board game until nearly one o'clock in the morning. It was a really enjoyable evening.
