After class on Monday, I got ice cream with some friends after class at the Place Plumereau (Plaas Plume-air-o). They had some amazing choices, but I had to stick with salted caramel.

They received a rainbow assortment of artisinal macaroons by a local patisseur, Patrick M. Merveilleux!
