          ... of the unrest...we were introduced to Ray a white American who had a shop ans was a safe haven for us. He went thru the rules stay on this street, eat at Caesars or another 3 he suggested. The exchange is 1 American dollar is 14.5 Paso's.. What if u use debit or credit cards.
