Polignano a Mare 23 degrees, sunny

Our last day in Polignano, we thought we would have an easy day around the place. Dianne is into some reading which I have not seen for many years so has plans to relax on a lounge out in the garden. Sounds good.

First he provides some antipasto for 4 – 5 plates, coppa, some ricotta soaked in a sweet red wine, some pork in breadcrumbs, some asparagus & potato and some frittata with prosciutto and egg. Alberbello and the trulli area

... We then wander through the second trulli area which is a neighbourhood not a shopping area. I always find it more interesting as this is where people actually still live in the trulli. We imagine ourselves living in one but it is not too popular. Maybe we will build one for Bianca in our back yard.

Ostuni is another hill top city with white buildings. We had our late lunch in the car park inside the car to avoid the circling wasps, then set off up hill to the old part of town.
