      ... a relief, but finding the right road that leads to Pineata Maratea REsidence Resort was another issue. After a little excursion through the heart of this pretty, ancient hillside town, we finally found a sign that pointed towards the Pineata Maratea Resort...yahaoo! And after another 7 or 8 SERIOUS switchbacks climbing some 400 meters we were finally at our resort! Now we knew we could settle in for a few days and enjoy discovering the beautiful seaside area.
