So it's been such a crazy couple of days...I've barely had time to write anything. Until now, at the end of the conference haha. Anyways, so here's what's happened so far
Another long day of talks from what I remember. Again lots of interesting stuff and learning heaps about OPVs but still no real sign of what I've been doing …

... the Bordeaux region. We had such a fun day trialling lots of red wines and getting amazing tours of the premises. We learnt a lot about how the wine is made, how long it takes to produce and all other special things that make it tasty. For dinner that night we decided to head out and splurge on some French cuisine, ordering a fruits of the sea platter we had our first experience of snails among other delicious seafood and we loved ...

My top ten moments for the record books...
1. Jr has become a klepto. We have had to go back and pay for several muffins in the last week. At the biscuit factory in brittany, he basically had 3 of every sample tray. It's surprising that he ate anything else that day.

Clean and tidy with a very friendly (though sometimes unattended) front desk. Location is amazing though, and right opposite the beach.
