Clean and tidy with a very friendly (though sometimes unattended) front desk. Location is amazing though, and right opposite the beach.

We found a place where we had mussels for dinner at a terrace which were real nice, especially as we hadn't had them for a long time. ...

Today we had breakfast and then we went to the lake again,as we decided yesterday. We had breakfast and left for the lake at around 12:00. When we got to the lake, we sunbathed for a bit and by the time we wanted to go on the inflatables again, it was about 4:30. However, when we got to the actual inflatables stall, it was still really busy. So, we sat on the sand and waited for the queue and inflatables to die down. Mum said it would ...

A travel blog entry by deantyrrell on Jul 30, 2014

We got all of our stuff together and found a nice bit of sun with some shade too. Everyone basically spent the whole day in the water. We took out the inflatable canoe and swam etc. Then, Max and I thought saw the water inflatables. just days ...

... the flow. The area was stayed in was not actually Bordeaux but an hour south near Biscarosse. It’s on a very shallow lake and right near the ocean. Far from England, it’s thoroughly French, unlike Brittany. However, on the first day we went to the tiny grocery store and overheard some English teenagers who spoke with proper posh accents and thought, just for a moment, that we had stumbled upon a great little secret. We were wrong. ...
