Ok, so, if you read my last blog you will know that I've had some teething problems with the electrics. Well, as alway things get better before they get worse! Yesterday morning the bed for stuck and the middle section was sagging. So, after dropping mum off at Groningen airport and some very emotional goodbyes I headed back to the same site to try and fix the issue. Today Gitta and Paula drove us over the big Afsluitdyke! I've been wanting to see this! We stopped at the monument and took in the views. There is a monument to the man Lely who was behind the dyke being built. The dyke is 7m above average sea level and about 30km long. Quite a lot of people driving and cycling across today.
