... with a casino and duty free shops. We got there early so we got a great table on the sundeck and enjoyed leaving the harbour to the sounds of Crowded House!! Very popular here in Italy. The ferry ride was gorgeous and the sunset was stunning as we left Italy. We slept the night and arrived in Croatia as the sun came up in the morning. It was a wonderful ferry ride , very beautiful and as flat as a pond and really warm. Bye for now - Grace

Today we had an early start to the day to cram as much sightseeing in as possible. I found my croissant filled with custard this morning. Amazing! We hit the road for Camerano in the Conero National Park. Yesterday we booked a tour through the Grotte di Camerano (Camerano Caves), which is a labyrinth of underground tunnels and caves used by the Camerano family for secret meetings and, I think, at one point a prison. It's hard to say exactly as there were no English tours, ...

... We had forgotten about 'riposo' the Italian siesta. We wondered whether paramedics were allowed 'riposo' here too, and considered moving over to work. I'm sure we'd fix the language barrier in no time. We went back to some of the shops we had peeked through the windows of on the way down and had a look around. The pace here is just completely the opposite to London, you can stroll along the streets without people huffing and puffing that you're in the way, and everyone is so ...
