... and Liz from England. We took a taxi from the airport to our hotel in central Buenos Aires where we met up with the gang. We had a team meeting where Flo explained what we'd do on the trip and we all introduced ourselves to one another. When the meeting finished Sarah and I went off to find dinner, Argentina is famous for its steak, so found the first restaurant that served it and dived in! It was very nice, afterward we took a walk around the local area but it ...

... and the pitch so your right beside the action. I'd say on match day its an incredible place to be. River Plate and Boca Juniors actually both used to play at 'La Bombera' but they had a match to decide who would keep the stadium. Wouldn't take a genius to work out who won that. ... small town of Plouguenast in Brittany. What a nice place. The house itself is rather large with a big kitchen, wood stove, nice furnishings and it had all of the modern updates without changing the house's character . The couple who own the property are very much into gardening and the entire area is covered with flowers....beautiful. Our stay in Brittany was punctuated with fresh seafood and wonderful scenery. This part ...

... is. Instead of 8:1, you could get a better rate on the streets. Argentina, because of the crashing economy, are desperate for dollars, so they are willing to give more pesos as a result. The best I got was 10.5:1 but 2 months earlier, Jose my rio friend, managed to get 13:1. Lucky him!

Then La Boca. Wow! So colourful. So artistic. You can only really walk the tourist trap as the area is essentially a favela! But we took it all in, walked around ...
