    Day 82

We slept in and did nothing all day. Had a walk around Buenos Aires mostly to stretch the legs but Sheeno wanted a McDonald's so we had to get him one of those. Relaxed in the Millhouse for the majority of the day and were just glued to our phones. When you are away good Wifi is a god send. A lot of the time ...

... Plaza de Mayor and saw the purple line E Bolivar stop. When I went to purchase my fare, I was told by the ticket booth that they had no change for the 100 peso note. So I went back up and saw a cafe right there. I figured I'd go inside and get some change while having a cafe con crema. In order not to offend the waiter, I let him bring ...

... lots of little mattresses with small wooden legs laid out on the floor in a rectangle shape. On each mattress the artist had painted a road map copied from various cities and towns in the world (a map-tress if you will, haha)...would you believe it on one mattress was Macclesfield (and the surrounding area)! We have photo evidence:) In another room there was a blank white canvas with a few very faint pencil lines on it, entitled 'invisible house plan' REALLY??? I got told off for ...

... The next morning we go back to the airport and I am thinking "here we go again" because our Air France experiences have been less than stellar. I was totally wrong! Although the flight was late the service was very good, the food very good , lots of wine and an entertainment system that was almost as good as The Emirates. A welcome surprise.

Finally back in the US and we spent our 1st 2 hours in traffic ...
