... century English paintings, and some amazing Wedgwood and Chinese ceramics, we had a look at the church and a walk through the gardens, the roses still blooming - and even scented! And then of course a sit down and drink at the pub. We still had time for a last walk along the cycle track, and a last delicious dinner with Omnia. And even caught a new New Tricks episode!! Now off to bed and ready for new adventure ...

... National Trust property. I’m losing count, but we have certainly seen a good number of NT houses and gardens and we are loving the value for money we are getting from our NT membership!

Sue & Ken took us to Dunham Massey an NT house which has been set up with its layout as a WW1 Auxiliary Hospital. ... for daddy's attention every twenty minutes. Payback! So as I'm jigging around trying to get comfortable I realiZe I'm hungry.
