... monitors from the rear, then a drink at The Old City Bar and listened from the side. It was really interesting how the accoustics worked, as in some locations there was absolutely no line of sight but the music was clear.

While the paddy wagon had been in evidence for the previous 2 concerts we attended, not a sign of it. Obviously the old foggies are considered the ones who'll cause trouble!

... but abandon the wall and walk back through town. We stopped to buy pizza and cecina (a local speciality made with garbanzo beans) to bring back to the B&B for C's dinner later as she had decided she wanted to stay in that evening. We also stopped by San Giovanni church to buy tickets to that evening's Puccini performance for P and I. We made it back to the B&B, still fairly dry.

... all the
other tourists we did the " photo shoot lol". Quiet a few different
action shots lol

We visited the church when we were waiting to
climb the tower...I have to say its one of the most beautiful churches
Ive ever been into.....a must see if your ever there.... I even got my
"pray on" haha

We missed our train stop on the way back so had to wait for a connecting train to return.

... it's all lanes and pedestrian in the main apart from locals. There are a lot of push bikes here too, which weave their way through the walkers. We were tired so had Nanna naps after a late lunch. tea was just an omelette in the Piazza Anfiteatro. This Piazza occupies the space previously occupied by the roman amphitheatre.
