There were many attractions throughout the park that Andy and I explored: flower shows, "inspirational gardens", artwork, a boat tour through the canals of the tulip fields, and a giant windmill to climb up in! As I have never been to Thailand I was not sure about this, but I did notice that the royal family stood at te main entrance, covered in glittering jewels and framed in gold. On the other wall a Buddhist shrine stood covered in incense. I ordered a plate of vegetables in a light sauce and Nic got a sweet and sour dish. It was absolutely ...

My mum's friend Sasha lives in Rotterdam, a small city just outside of Amsterdam. We all went round to a cafe where we met Sasha and sat down for a drink. At about 11am we all got up and went down to Vondall Park. Sasha left us as she had to get back so we just wandered around until 1pm when we went to get lunch. After lunch we went to get my dad, tom and lucy as they had decided to go ...
