Once in the water - you can swim anywhere....the beach of white pebbles is not quite as nice to lie on as home beaches but combined with the colour of the water - it's really pretty.     ... Angela had Fritto Miso which was prawn, scallops, calamari and fish. I had steak and chips. This was the best so far we would rank it 10 out of 10.     I should also mention that we were in Nice during The Assumption of Mary, a national holiday in France. We joined thousands of locals and tourists for fireworks down at the beach.
