Monaco: The best of it all in one little country
... floating in a beautiful, serene place lost to time.
Our dinner at VistaMar in the Hermitage Hotel (One of Monte Carlo/Monaco's top 10 restaurants) was complete with foie gras, sea bass, lamb, chocolate fondant and Grand Marnier Souffle... a perfect ending to an amazing meal. We finished the night in a small club cut into the side of a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean.

You never forget how to ride a bike...
... and set off along the coastal cycle path, all 24kms of it! We had packed ourselves a picnic - fresh bread, ham, sausage, cheese (left over from our Cheese Dinner) and of course wine. We had a delicious bottle of white wine purchased from the Saint Andre Figiuere vineyard we visited the other day.
