Alkmaar Pt. 1- The Quest for Sinterklaas
... as Americans visiting a foreign country, perceive it to be. The Netherlands is a Western country, so we tend to forget that it is a foreign country. We don't take the stereotypes portrayed in Asian theater as a form of blatant racism, it is viewed as a part of culture that we, as people from a different culture, do not view the same way. Just because the Netherlands is in Europe doesn't mean we should view it any differently.

Wat aan het vertrek vooraf ging...
... uur geleden kwam er een mannetje binnen met een kratje met daarin wel 30 paspoorten, hij glimlachte lief en was met 5 minuten weer weg. Op zijn shirt stond visumservice.nl. en ook nu raad je het al, never meer hier, dat mag dat mannetje voor ons doen. Blijkt dat bureautje in DH te zitten. Kost wat maar dan heb je ook wat. 2 weken later ben je 300 euro lichter, heb je elk en visum voor Rusland en China en 1 sterk verhaal ...
