Trying to speak Norwegain but when they realise i am from England they either speak English or ignore me all together. One other note it is expensive to shower here costing 15 Nkr (about £1.30) to have hot water. Got a feeling i better get use to cold water or i am going to stink.

We had talked about going to a waterfall to watch the salmon jump, but instead we ended up watching a Norwegian animated movie made with stop motion animation about a old Norwegian inventor who ends up in a derby with a car that he built sponsored by an Arabic oil sheik. I wish I could have understood it, but it the animation was so good and there was so much detail to it that I still enjoyed it.

I'm excited about the signs that I was able to pick up (mostly the names of the people that I work with and the residents), but I can't wait to learn more and hopefully get to the point where I can at least attempt to communicate.
