... and wiping here foreheads in a " phew that was close" manner. I look down to see a coconut sitting very casually next to me having fallen from about 30 ft up!!!! So I hope I have painted a picture of my first ten days. There is no way I will be writing this much in the future or shall I be experiencing anything like this again during this trip. There are no pics of me in fishermans trousers but I shall bring them home to wear on casual evenings out for you all to enjoy. Big love to all Travelling ...

... the room was calm and it was a nice way to wrap up the day. Three little bells from the from signals its time for the last walking meditation. However, this one was in a group. All the women in one line, followed the leader out to the circle pond and proceeded to walk in a circle for 30 minutes. It's not as bad as its sounds. ... tasty as time goes on.There's fresh fruit for pud, some of it we do not recognize. All this for £2.40, bargain!Back to our digs and we let ourselves in and lock the padlock behind us. We decide on an early as there's not much else to do. It's only 9 pm but within half an hour there's a knock on our door and Ball, the owner, is back asking if we are ok? hungry?where are we going tomorrow?etc. We are comforted to know we are not alone in our digs and turn out the light.
