... stand from 11am to 6:30, which was a record for my bum; but managed to stand up at almost every half-time and end of each game.

After it was over, we sailed along with huge crowds heading toward the station, where it looked like it would take ages to catch a train; but when we arrived at the station the crowds split and we got back to Kowloon at about 8:30.

We head down to Central on the MRT then catch a bus over to Stanley – we’ve got the ‘express’ bus which goes via the tunnel, so avoids the high road over the peak, but ...

... is luxury living next door to poverty, which is not at all how I imagined HK to be. Went to a real Chinese restaurant MacDonald type where we ordered some food not knowing what we were ordering but it turned out really nice and really cheap, then finished off the evening with a delicious cake bought out of the many enticing cake shops , coffee and bed as we had been on the go for a very long time... Looking forward to sight seeing ...
