      ... an important ordering tip. We were at a coffee shop where the kids could pick a treat. Evan told me "The SECRET is to pick the same dessert as Mom". I thought that Evan has realized that Jen has amazing ability to pick out the best tasting desserts. But NO instead, he went on to explain that if you pick the same as Mom she will not need to take a bite to taste it and he won't have to share. Wise beyond his years - at least when it comes to food.

      ... to go back to Siem Reap to teach) and were paying less than two pounds each a night!!! Bargain !!! We had heard loads about the famous night market in Trat so that's where we headed for dinner. And the market did not disappoint, fresh fruit, food, smoothies and milkshakes and bakery everywhere !!!       ... the bed. 15 seconds after he leaves, opening the door starts to make a screech along the runners, and the door jams. I carefully run it back and now it closes ok.       As we visited Bangkok 2 years ago we saw most of the local sites so decided to go to a nearby island, Koh Chang. We had realised it was the monsoon season but decided we would accept what came rather than travel a long distance to escape the rain.
