    ... than we went for breakfast at Papa so we could keep an eye on our reception. Our time to be picked up was 9:30 but that seemed strange to us as we always left around 8:30 from Koh Chang. Anyway we had finished eating at 8:50 and there was the minivan at 9 o'clock. Lucky we were ready. Yesterday we visited Ban Kwan Chang elephant camp and had the most amazing experience.     ... slightly inebriated state we could see that this wasn't the best table in the world. It took me, Dan and the barman 15 minutes to get the balls out of the table ready for a game.
