... cost road is very scenic, but the road itself is nasty, very twisty but loads of lorries and very gravelly in places. Not an enjoyable ride at all
Bumped into a Kiwi, he is on his way to London from Cyprus, however he is 5 days behind due to passport issues so I left him to continue his 12 hour journey by himself. Riding during the day is scary enough here, I'm not riding at night......

When we woke up on Saturday we found a place overlooking the beach (which was also not expected, it looked like it should be in Miami) where we ate a full English breakfast, bacon and all which is not usually allowed in turkey. After that we set out for some bargains in the markets ...

A Turkish delight

A travel blog entry by tayclark on Jul 03, 2014

Touchdown in turkey to 32 degree weather and the sun blazing. My first night there I checked out the local marvels of the city, the blue mosque in all it's beauty, seriously amazing! The haja Sophia also another huge monument and then finally my first taste of real Turkish food in the form of a cheese pride and some kofta! Sooo delicious! I followed this up with a boat cruise on the Bosphorus, the body of water that separates Asia ...
